I’m a sucker for these old school photos! Especially when someone has appended some of the names. This one, of Dark Lane School in about 1932 belongs to Glyn Ridge, and depicts his mother’s classmates. Not everyone is identified with certainty and there are some quirky spellings (understandably misremembered at a distance of several decades). But there’s no point in me guessing what it is supposed to say, so this is the list, verbatim. If you know better, please get in touch post haste.
