10 steps to easy article construction: 1) A short title

3) It is worthwhile to type thoughts into a word processor,  {e.g. Pages,  Word,  Open Office.}
4) Then run spellcheck.

5)  Look at the house style,  in terms of   spacing   and “punctuation.”
6) Copy text from your word processor by selecting all of it:

7) Ctrl-A  ( Apple-A on Mac ),  then Ctrl-C ( Apple-C)
8)  Select  the Add Words tab,  and paste using Ctrl-V or equivalent.

9) Agree that the clip-board can be used, and you are there!
10) The Save tab becomes blue, and this is the one to press next.
