Some thoughts on article construction

Use a sub-title for better definition

By Malcolm Brown

It is really worthwhile to type into your wordprocessor,  Pages,  Word,  Open Office or whatever,  first.  Then run spellcheck.

Look at the house style,  in terms of   spacing     and "punctuation."

Copy text from your wordprocessor by selecting all of it:

Ctrl-A  ( Apple-A on Mac ),  then Ctrl-C ( Apple-C)

Select  the Add Words tab,  and paste using Ctrl-V or equivalent.

Agree that the clip-board can be used, and you are there!

The Save tab becomes blue, and this is the one to press next.
